Bua Beauty processes orders Monday-Friday.

Your order is processed between 1-2 business days.

If your order is placed on a weekend or major holiday it will be processed on the following business day. 


Standard US Shipping: $5   will take aprx. 3-5 business days

International Shipping: $16 

-International orders under $100 USD are subject to standard shipping and will take aprx. 15 business days, or longer. We have no control over exact shipping time. You will need to track your package with the tracking number provided.

-International orders OVER $100 USD are sent priority and will take aprx. 6-10 business days depending on location.

-Bua Beauty is not responsible for any international import taxes or fees that your country may require you to pay prior to getting your package.

*If you are in a bind and need to pick up your product, please email and we can make that arrangement. 

You will receive a tracking number with each order you place. You are responsible to track your package so you know where it is at all times. Keep in mind lash products are sensitive to heat and should be out of the mail box/heat during the warm/hot days of the year ASAP in order to keep your product fresh.

Bua Beauty is not responsible for any lost or damaged packages. As soon as we ship your package it is then out of our hands. If you have questions about your package after it has been shipped you will need to contact USPS, not Bua Beauty.


Any opened/used product is nonrefundable. 

In the event that you have receieved a defective product form manufacturing, stop use immediately and contact us @ We will then issue you a return label & an even exchange or give you store credit. You may exchange the defective product within 30 days of purchase. If the product is continued to be used, there will be no exchange/store credit. 

You may return unopened/unused product if it is within 30 days from date of purchase. Bua Beauty is not responsible for providing a return label. Shipping cost is the customers responsibility. 

Training payments are all nonrefundable. Although they are transferable ONE time to a future date that is within the following 4 months.


All clothing is final sale. 

Although if you ordered the wrong size by accident let us know within 30 days of the date of purchase and we can exchange the size if we have it in stock. The item must be brand new & unworn. You are responsible for shipping it back to us. If we receive it and it has been worn, we will not be able to exchange it.





When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address.
When you browse our store, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system.
Email marketing (if applicable): With your permission, we may send you emails about our store, new products and other updates.


How do you get my consent?
When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange for a delivery or return a purchase, we imply that you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason only.
If we ask for your personal information for a secondary reason, like marketing, we will either ask you directly for your expressed consent, or provide you with an opportunity to say no.

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases and the general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.

If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Shopify stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
